The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of Konica Minolta products. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the products purchased. In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. and "you" means you the customer. Konica Minolta has outsourced the fulfillment of your order to Modus Link BV, PO. Box 501, 7300 AM Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. The contract for the sale of the product(s) is between you and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. For the avoidance of doubt, no contract is formed between you and Modus Link BV. when you purchase products from us.

Ordering
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order for the products selected, you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected under these terms and conditions. Your order is subject to acceptance by us and availability of the products. Furthermore, your order may be refused for any reason, including but not limited to credit concerns, unusual volumes, or shipping addresses. If we accept your order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation, which we will send to you by email. The order confirmation will be effective upon sending.

Pricing
The price for each product purchased is reflected on your order and will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes we make. In addition to the quoted price, you will pay shipping and handling charges according to the shipping method you select plus all applicable taxes and duties.

Taxes and Duties
For purposes of calculating value-added tax term, the ship-to location shall govern. You are responsible for any customs duties or other fees payable upon import of the products into your country. Because these duties and fees can vary and change over time, we recommend that you check on such duties or other fees before placing your order. Should you refuse delivery of the products, you will be responsible for the return freight charges to us.

Payment
Payment in full is due prior to shipment. We will accept payment via credit card, postal cheque or bank transfer. You must supply your credit card details when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until we ship products to you. Bank details are available on the website under section “About/Payment info”

Shipping
We will ship products according to your selected shipping instructions. We will use all reasonable efforts to ship your products within the estimated time reflected on the order confirmation but in any case, we will not be liable for any late delivery. For items on backorder we may ship whenever the products become available without notice to you.

Title
Title to all products passes to you upon delivery of the product to the selected carrier.

Money back guarantee
We offer a limited 7-day return guarantee on all products purchased through Europe. The 7-day period starts from the date you received the product. Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you must contact Customer Service (see About /Contact Us on www.q-shop.com). Contact us before the end of the 7th calendar day following receipt of the product by you to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. Under the money back guarantee, refund of the price paid shall be done within 30 days of receipt of the complete RMA and will be done by means of the original payment method. All returns must be completely in their original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance to return the product to us. We shall not refund shipping cost.

Territory
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. will only deliver products listed on www.q-shop.com. Due to political or economic conditions, we may be unable to ship to certain countries from time to time. We are not liable for any such inability to ship to certain countries.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies provided here are your sole and exclusive remedies for breach of this agreement by us. In no event will we, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. be liable to you for any damages, including incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages. In no event will our liability to you ever exceed the total amount paid by you for the product purchased.

Export Control
The ordered products that are supplied to you are products that Konica Minolta, the manufacturer of the brand has consented to be sold in the EEA. Any resale of these products outside the EEA is unauthorized use of the Konica Minolta trademark and is strictly forbidden. Konica Minolta seeks to protect its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Force Majeure
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. shall not be liable for any losses or damages, and shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance hereunder, caused by any labour dispute or disturbances, governmental order or requirements, acts of God, casualty, disaster, inability to secure materials and transportation facilities, wars and other civil disturbances, and other circumstances beyond its control including the failure of it’s supplier(s) and/or subcontractors to perform.

Circumstances which provide force majeure for Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. will be held to provide force majeure for its supplier(s).

Data protection
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use personal data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. By placing your order you also agree that we may use personal data in order to provide you with information on other Konica Minolta products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to such use of your personal data, please indicate so on the detail page of your account (see My Account/My Details). In the event that these terms and conditions are translated into another language, without exceptions, the terms and conditions in English shall take precedence over any translated version, whether or not the conflict concerns the wording, meaning, intent, legal rights or otherwise.
