Payment Methods: This page will explain how to purchase from Q-Shop. Q-Shop is an easy and carefree way of purchasing your products, options or supplies, delivered right to your door! For all orders the basics are the same. Payment must be made upfront before your selected items will be delivered to you. Currently Q-Shop offers the following payment methods: Credit Card Paying with credit card is easy. Your personal details are kept strictly confidential. All of the web pages that you use to enter your details are fully secure. SSL encryption is used to protect sensitive information like address and payment details. The credit card charge on your order will be handled by ModusLink BV. Your order will be shipped as soon as soon as the credit card payment has been approved. If your credit card has not been approved for payment you will be notified as soon as possible. It is not possible to do the payment on the same order due to prevention of fraud. A new order MUST be created. Bank Transferr Customers choosing bank transfer will receive an order confirmation by mail that can be used as proforma Invoice. This proforma invoice holds all applicable payment details. Konica Minolta has bank relations in most European countries for your convenience meaning that payment should be a matter of one or 2 days at most. In case no local bank relation exists the bank account at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Rotterdam, the Netherlands should be used. Please keep in mind that international payments may take longer before they are processed. We will check every day whether or not we have received your payment, once we have received it we will immediately ship your order!
